Spark Launches a New Website!
Spark Design Professionals is proud to announce the launch of our new website, designed to further enhance our mission of enlightening design business owners. Outfitted with a new url, an updated design, and responsive layout, the new Spark website is poised to meet the needs of our members and streamline event sign-up and the membership process. After carefully reviewing the previous Spark website, we set out to successfully consolidate all our member needs: from membership sign-up and renewal, event registration, to networking and promotion. Join us in the unveiling of the new site and be sure to check out these features:
1. Members-only area. Spark members can sign in to customize their member profiles, indicate business specializations, and sign up for events all in one place. Need some help on an upcoming project? Members can be filtered by their area of expertise. This area will continue to be updated with new features and special members-only content.
2. No more codes! Members will no longer need codes to sign up for free events--they can sign up directly through the site. Regular sign ups will also be processed through the Spark website, making registration more streamlined and easy to understand.
3. News and Events. View upcoming events as well as new Spark initiatives. Keep up-to-date with the successes of Spark members and industry news on our website and through our new RSS feed.
4. Videos. Enjoy access to interviews of speakers from past events directly on the Spark website.
5. Post-event coverage. Missed an event? Check the Spark website to view write-ups, video and photos from our previous events.
The new Spark Design Professionals website would not be possible without volunteer contributions from New Initiatives Chair, Lou Leonardis, Web Initiatives Chair, Marc S. Levitt and Spark Design Professionals President, Larissa Montecuollo, along with the help and encouragement from the rest of the Spark board. Spark Design Professionals is a group of independent graphic design professionals who meet each month to enlighten each other on the business and creative issues that are relevant to design studios. Members come to share their experiences, knowledge, and inspire each other. Spark is a valuable support system for anyone who strives for excellence in business and design practices.
